Welcome to the Zurich City Church H.E.L.P Ministry!
Our H.E.L.P Ministry exists to serve and support the church by providing a warm and welcoming environment for all who walk through our doors. Through hospitality, excellent event management, and seamless logistical coordination, we ensure that everyone feels valued, cared for, and included in the life of the church. The ministry is made up of four essential subgroups:
- Hospitality: The hospitality team is the first point of contact for visitors and members alike. They ensure that every person who enters our church feels welcomed, comfortable, and part of the community. From greeting at the door to offering refreshments, they set the tone for a warm and friendly church experience.
- Veranstaltungen: This team is responsible for organizing and managing various church events—from social gatherings and conferences to special services and celebrations. They handle the planning, coordination, and execution of events that bring the church community together for growth, fellowship, and outreach.
- Logistics: The logistics team handles all behind-the-scenes details that keep the church running efficiently. Whether it’s managing equipment, setting up for events, or organizing transportation, they make sure that all practical needs are met to support the church’s ministries and events.
- Protocol: The protocol team ensures that all church activities and services run smoothly and professionally. They maintain order and structure, guiding the congregation during services and events, while ensuring that everything flows according to plan and in alignment with church traditions.
Together, these subgroups form the backbone of our H.E.L.P Ministry, working in unison to create an environment of care, excellence, and smooth operation.
