Intentional Discipleship and Spiritual Maturity (Nations Established)
What kind of disciple are you becoming if you continue on your current path – are you willing to let God mature you?
Short Insight
God gives teachers and leaders not so we can stay dependent on them, but so we can mature; learning to stand firm, discern truth and live out our faith with confidence. Colossians brings it back to the heart of the journey: just as we received Christ by faith, we continue to walk with Him the same way; rooted, built up and strengthened over time. A tool that helps to stay on this path is discipleship. Discipleship must be intentional. As we believers are rooted and grounded in Christ, we become equipped for ministry and protected from deception. When discipleship thrives, nations are established in righteousness.
For anyone trying to get closer to God, the lesson is this: spiritual growth doesn’t happen by accident. It happens as we stay connected to Christ, remain open to learning and allow God to grow us beyond comfort into maturity.

Kurze Einsicht
Gott gibt Lehrer und Leiter nicht, damit wir dauerhaft von ihnen abhängig bleiben, sondern damit wir zur Reife gelangen — lernen, festzustehen, Wahrheit zu unterscheiden und unseren Glauben mit Zuversicht zu leben. Der Kolosserbrief führt uns zurück zum Kern dieser Reise: So wie wir Christus im Glauben angenommen haben, so sollen wir auch weiterhin mit Ihm leben — verwurzelt, aufgebaut und im Laufe der Zeit gestärkt.
Ein wichtiges Hilfsmittel, um auf diesem Weg zu bleiben, ist Jüngerschaft. Jüngerschaft muss bewusst und intentional gelebt werden. Wenn wir als Gläubige in Christus verwurzelt und gegründet sind, werden wir für den Dienst ausgerüstet und vor Verführung geschützt. Wo Jüngerschaft gedeiht, werden Nationen in Gerechtigkeit gefestigt.
Für jeden, der Gott näherkommen möchte, gilt diese Wahrheit: Geistliches Wachstum geschieht nicht zufällig. Es geschieht, wenn wir in Christus verbunden bleiben, lernbereit sind und Gott erlauben, uns über unsere Komfortzone hinaus in die Reife zu führen.

Proklamation

Courte réflexion
Dieu donne des enseignants et des responsables non pour que nous restions dépendants d’eux, mais afin que nous parvenions à la maturité — capables de tenir ferme, de discerner la vérité et de vivre notre foi avec assurance. L’épître aux Colossiens nous ramène au cœur du parcours : de la même manière que nous avons reçu Christ par la foi, nous devons continuer à marcher avec Lui — enracinés, édifiés et affermis avec le temps.
Un outil essentiel pour rester sur ce chemin est le discipulat. Le discipulat doit être intentionnel. Lorsque les croyants sont enracinés et fondés en Christ, ils sont équipés pour le ministère et protégés contre la séduction. Là où le discipulat prospère, les nations sont établies dans la justice.
Pour toute personne qui cherche à se rapprocher de Dieu, la leçon est claire : la croissance spirituelle ne se produit pas par hasard. Elle se développe lorsque nous restons connectés à Christ, demeurons disposés à apprendre et permettons à Dieu de nous faire grandir au-delà de notre confort vers la maturité.
