Between backstage assignments and ministerial protocol duties, I&#8217;ve been moving fast, handling one thing after another. But I thank God for the kairos moments in between, when I get to stop, sit, and simply be Mary, absorbing what He has to say. In one of those kairos moments during yesterday\u2019s evening\u2019s service, I made an interesting observation that connects well with our theme for the month. Read below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=Acts%2016%3A9&amp;version=NKJV\">Acts 16:9 (NKJV)<\/a><br><em>&#8220;And a vision appeared to Paul in the night. A man of Macedonia stood and pleaded with him, saying, &#8216;Come over to Macedonia and help us.'&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the speakers, Prof. Dr. Thomas Paul Schirrmacher, a German scholar and a global authority on religious freedom, traced how the gospel even got to Europe in the first place. Christian soldiers from Egypt were martyred along the Rhine centuries ago, and their blood basically became the seed of European Christianity. Fast forward through two world wars that left German churches empty, and it was American missionaries who brought the revival back. Now, he said, the call has come full circle. Europe is asking again, and this time it&#8217;s believers from Africa, Asia, and Latin America being asked to answer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apostle Dr. Eric Nyamekye, Chairman of The Church of Pentecost, responded right there on the spot, holding his hand and praying that closed churches would reopen and that Europe would be won back for God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then Pastor Nathaniel Bassey shared his own story. Long before any invitation came, he kept getting this weird, persistent burden in prayer for nations he had zero connection to. First it was America, and a call from a mentor eventually confirmed it. Then it was Europe, and again, an actual invitation from The Church of Pentecost showed up right after.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What stood out to me listening to both of them is basically the same thing that happened to Paul in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=Acts%2016&amp;version=NKJV\">Acts 16<\/a>. The call to Macedonia wasn&#8217;t on Paul&#8217;s itinerary. It interrupted it. God rearranged his plans because there was a need bigger than his own schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Serving God with your time sometimes means holding your calendar loosely enough that when your own &#8220;come over and help us&#8221; moment shows up, whether it&#8217;s a call to a whole nation or just to one person in front of you, you&#8217;re actually free to say yes. Your time was never just for your own plans. Some of it was always meant for someone else&#8217;s Macedonia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PRAYER<\/strong><br>God, make me sensitive to the calls You put on my time, even the ones I didn&#8217;t see coming. Give me the same readiness Paul had to switch it up when You interrupt me. Let my life be available for someone else&#8217;s &#8220;come over and help us&#8221; moment. Amen<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-gutena-tab gutena-tab-block gutena-tab-block-961647-6c inactive\" data-tab=\"2\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>BESCH\u00c4FTIGT HINTER DEN KULISSEN \u2013 UND DOCH ZU SEINEN F\u00dcSSEN<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Auf der derzeit stattfindenden Pfingstkonferenz in Oberhausen (Deutschland), veranstaltet von der Church of Pentecost, habe ich mich oft in der Rolle von Martha wiedergefunden. Zwischen Aufgaben hinter den Kulissen und Diensten im Rahmen des Protokolls war ich st\u00e4ndig in Bewegung und k\u00fcmmerte mich um eine Aufgabe nach der anderen. Doch ich danke Gott f\u00fcr die <strong>Kairos-Momente<\/strong> zwischendurch \u2013 Augenblicke, in denen ich innehalten, mich zu Jesu F\u00fc\u00dfen setzen und wie Maria einfach auf das h\u00f6ren durfte, was Er zu sagen hat. In einem dieser Kairos-Momente w\u00e4hrend des gestrigen Abendgottesdienstes machte ich eine interessante Beobachtung, die wunderbar zu unserem Monatsthema passt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bibleserver.com\/LUT\/Apostelgeschichte16%2C9\"><strong>Apostelgeschichte 16,9<\/strong><br><\/a><em>\u201eUnd Paulus erschien in der Nacht eine Vision: Ein mazedonischer Mann stand vor ihm, bat ihn und sprach: Komm her\u00fcber nach Mazedonien und hilf uns!\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Einer der Referenten, <strong>Prof. Dr. Thomas Paul Schirrmacher<\/strong>, deutscher Theologe und international anerkannter Experte f\u00fcr Religionsfreiheit, schilderte, wie das Evangelium \u00fcberhaupt nach Europa gelangte. Christliche Soldaten aus \u00c4gypten wurden vor Jahrhunderten am Rhein als M\u00e4rtyrer get\u00f6tet, und ihr Blut wurde gewisserma\u00dfen zum Samen des Christentums in Europa. Nach den beiden Weltkriegen, die viele Kirchen in Deutschland leer zur\u00fccklie\u00dfen, waren es amerikanische Missionare, die eine geistliche Erneuerung brachten. Heute, so erkl\u00e4rte er, habe sich der Kreis geschlossen: Europa ruft erneut um Hilfe \u2013 und diesmal werden Gl\u00e4ubige aus Afrika, Asien und Lateinamerika eingeladen, diesem Ruf zu folgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apostel Dr. Eric Nyamekye, Vorsitzender der Church of Pentecost, reagierte unmittelbar darauf. Er ergriff die Hand des Professors und betete, dass geschlossene Kirchen wieder ge\u00f6ffnet und Europa erneut f\u00fcr Christus gewonnen werden m\u00f6ge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anschlie\u00dfend erz\u00e4hlte Pastor Nathaniel Bassey seine pers\u00f6nliche Geschichte. Lange bevor er jemals eingeladen wurde, versp\u00fcrte er immer wieder eine ungew\u00f6hnlich starke Gebetslast f\u00fcr L\u00e4nder, zu denen er keinerlei Verbindung hatte. Zuerst war es Amerika, und sp\u00e4ter best\u00e4tigte eine Einladung eines geistlichen Mentors diesen Eindruck. Danach begann Gott, ihm Europa aufs Herz zu legen \u2013 und kurz darauf erhielt er tats\u00e4chlich eine Einladung von der Church of Pentecost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">W\u00e4hrend ich beiden zuh\u00f6rte, wurde mir bewusst, dass sich hier genau das widerspiegelte, was wir in Apostelgeschichte 16 bei Paulus lesen. Der Ruf nach Mazedonien stand nicht auf seinem Reiseplan. Er unterbrach ihn. Gott ordnete seine Pl\u00e4ne neu, weil es eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere Not gab als seinen eigenen Zeitplan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gott mit unserer Zeit zu dienen bedeutet manchmal, unseren Kalender nicht krampfhaft festzuhalten. Es bedeutet, Raum daf\u00fcr zu lassen, dass Gott uns unterbricht. Wenn dann unser eigenes \u201eKomm her\u00fcber und hilf uns!\u201c ert\u00f6nt \u2013 sei es der Ruf eines ganzen Landes oder einfach die Not eines einzelnen Menschen vor uns \u2013, sind wir frei, Ja zu sagen. Unsere Zeit war nie ausschlie\u00dflich f\u00fcr unsere eigenen Pl\u00e4ne bestimmt. Ein Teil davon war schon immer f\u00fcr das \u201eMazedonien\u201c eines anderen Menschen vorgesehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>GEBET<\/strong><br>Herr, mache mich sensibel f\u00fcr die Rufe, die Du an meine Zeit richtest \u2013 auch f\u00fcr die, mit denen ich nicht gerechnet habe. Schenke mir dieselbe Bereitschaft wie Paulus, meine Pl\u00e4ne zu \u00e4ndern, wenn Du mich unterbrichst. Lass mein Leben verf\u00fcgbar sein f\u00fcr den Moment, in dem jemand ruft: \u201eKomm her\u00fcber und hilf uns.\u201c Amen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-gutena-tab gutena-tab-block gutena-tab-block-c4ef05-a9 inactive\" data-tab=\"3\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>OCCUP\u00c9 EN COULISSES, TOUJOURS \u00c0 SES PIEDS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lors de la Conf\u00e9rence de Pentec\u00f4te actuellement en cours \u00e0 Oberhausen, en Allemagne, organis\u00e9e par <strong>The Church of Pentecost<\/strong>, je me suis souvent retrouv\u00e9 dans le r\u00f4le de Marthe. Entre les responsabilit\u00e9s en coulisses et les t\u00e2ches li\u00e9es au protocole minist\u00e9riel, j&#8217;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 constamment occup\u00e9, passant d&#8217;une mission \u00e0 l&#8217;autre. Mais je remercie Dieu pour les <strong>moments de kairos<\/strong> qu&#8217;Il m&#8217;accorde entre deux activit\u00e9s : ces instants o\u00f9 je peux m&#8217;arr\u00eater, m&#8217;asseoir \u00e0 Ses pieds comme Marie et simplement \u00e9couter ce qu&#8217;Il veut dire. Au cours de l&#8217;un de ces moments, pendant le culte d&#8217;hier soir, j&#8217;ai fait une observation qui s&#8217;accorde parfaitement avec le th\u00e8me de notre mois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=Actes%2016%3A9&amp;version=LSG\"><strong>Actes 16:9<\/strong><br><\/a><em>\u00ab Pendant la nuit, Paul eut une vision : un Mac\u00e9donien lui apparut et lui fit cette pri\u00e8re : &#8220;Passe en Mac\u00e9doine, secours-nous !&#8221; \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#8217;un des intervenants, <strong>Prof. Dr. Thomas Paul Schirrmacher<\/strong>, th\u00e9ologien allemand et sp\u00e9cialiste de renomm\u00e9e mondiale de la libert\u00e9 religieuse, a retrac\u00e9 l&#8217;histoire de l&#8217;arriv\u00e9e de l&#8217;\u00c9vangile en Europe. Il a expliqu\u00e9 que des soldats chr\u00e9tiens venus d&#8217;\u00c9gypte furent martyris\u00e9s il y a plusieurs si\u00e8cles le long du Rhin, et que leur sang est devenu, en quelque sorte, la semence du christianisme europ\u00e9en. Apr\u00e8s les deux guerres mondiales, qui ont laiss\u00e9 de nombreuses \u00e9glises allemandes presque vides, des missionnaires am\u00e9ricains ont contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 un puissant r\u00e9veil spirituel. Aujourd&#8217;hui, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9, l&#8217;histoire fait un tour complet : l&#8217;Europe appelle de nouveau \u00e0 l&#8217;aide, et cette fois ce sont les croyants d&#8217;Afrique, d&#8217;Asie et d&#8217;Am\u00e9rique latine qui sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#8217;Ap\u00f4tre Dr. Eric Nyamekye, Pr\u00e9sident de <strong>The Church of Pentecost<\/strong>, a imm\u00e9diatement r\u00e9agi. Prenant la main du professeur, il a pri\u00e9 pour que les \u00e9glises ferm\u00e9es rouvrent leurs portes et que l&#8217;Europe soit de nouveau gagn\u00e9e \u00e0 Christ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Pasteur Nathaniel Bassey a ensuite partag\u00e9 son propre t\u00e9moignage. Bien avant de recevoir la moindre invitation, il ressentait d\u00e9j\u00e0 un profond fardeau dans la pri\u00e8re pour des nations avec lesquelles il n&#8217;avait pourtant aucun lien. D&#8217;abord les \u00c9tats-Unis, puis une invitation confirm\u00e9e par un mentor spirituel. Ensuite l&#8217;Europe, et peu apr\u00e8s, une invitation officielle de <strong>The Church of Pentecost<\/strong> est arriv\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En \u00e9coutant ces deux t\u00e9moignages, j&#8217;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 qu&#8217;ils refl\u00e9taient exactement ce qui est arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 Paul dans <a href=\"https:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=Actes%2016&amp;version=LSG\">Actes 16<\/a>. L&#8217;appel vers la Mac\u00e9doine ne figurait pas dans son programme. Il est venu interrompre ses projets. Dieu a r\u00e9organis\u00e9 son itin\u00e9raire parce qu&#8217;il existait un besoin plus grand que son propre agenda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Servir Dieu avec notre temps signifie parfois tenir notre calendrier avec suffisamment de souplesse pour permettre \u00e0 Dieu de nous interrompre. Ainsi, lorsque notre propre \u00ab Passe en Mac\u00e9doine et secours-nous \u00bb se pr\u00e9sente \u2013 qu&#8217;il s&#8217;agisse d&#8217;un appel pour une nation enti\u00e8re ou simplement d&#8217;une personne plac\u00e9e devant nous \u2013, nous sommes libres de r\u00e9pondre : \u00ab Oui. \u00bb Notre temps n&#8217;a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 destin\u00e9 uniquement \u00e0 nos propres projets. Une partie de celui-ci a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9serv\u00e9e \u00e0 la \u00ab Mac\u00e9doine \u00bb de quelqu&#8217;un d&#8217;autre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PRI\u00c8RE<\/strong><br>Seigneur, rends-moi sensible aux appels que Tu places sur mon temps, m\u00eame \u00e0 ceux auxquels je ne m&#8217;attends pas. Donne-moi la m\u00eame disponibilit\u00e9 que Paul pour changer mes plans lorsque Tu m&#8217;interromps. Que ma vie soit disponible pour r\u00e9pondre au \u00ab Passe et secours-nous \u00bb de quelqu&#8217;un d&#8217;autre.
